We serve clients within approximately 75 driving miles of Middle River, MD, covering the Baltimore metro area, Washington D.C. suburbs, Annapolis, Fredericksburg VA, Delaware, and southern Pennsylvania. Our performers are professional, stay fully in character throughout the event, and specialize in creating magical, immersive experiences for children aged 2–6, though guests of all ages enjoy our appearances. --- ## Characters We offer eight princess characters, each inspired by classic fairy tales. Our characters are original creations and are not affiliated with the Walt Disney Company, but they are inspired by the same stories. Review and submit After submitting, the Falling Star Parties team reviews the request and sends a booking finalization letter with event details and pricing. A $50 nonrefundable retainer is due within 48 hours of receiving the finalization letter to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due no less than 48 hours before the event. Bookings made less than one week in advance are subject to a 33% late fee. Full payment is required upfront for any booking made less than 10 days in advance. --- ## Frequently Asked Questions **How far in advance should I book?** We recommend booking as early as possible, as our schedule fills up quickly, especially on weekends. We offer public event and charity event packages suitable for corporate functions, school events, festivals, and community gatherings. **How much is the deposit?** We require a $50 nonrefundable retainer to finalize any booking. This must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your finalization letter. **Do you do video calls?** Yes. Virtual appearances are available. After booking, you will receive a Google Meet link via a calendar invite. **How far will you travel?** We travel up to 30 miles from the performer's location free of charge. Travel beyond 30 miles incurs a fee of $1 per mile for 30–50 miles, and $2 per mile beyond 50 miles. All clients are responsible for tolls regardless of distance. **Can performers appear outdoors?** Yes, with limitations. We cannot perform outdoors if the temperature is above 90°F or below 50°F, or in the case of inclement weather.
